Eden’s Rise is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit providing long‑term supportive housing, adaptive communal living, and whole‑person care for adults with developmental disabilities, cognitive impairments, complex medical needs, and extremely low income. We create stable, dignified homes and intentional adaptive communities where individuals with significant support needs can live safely, meaningfully, and with lifelong continuity.Founded in 2018, Eden’s Rise currently supports numerous adults who cannot work due to their disabilities and require highly developed surroundings, medically‑aware environments, and structured daily support. Our micro‑villages and communal chosen‑family homes provide stability, belonging, and individualized care for people with mobility impairments, communication challenges, tube‑feeding needs, behavioral complexities, sensory processing differences, and multi‑system medical conditions.

What We do
Eden’s Rise provides long‑term supportive housing and adaptive communal living for adults who cannot live independently due to significant developmental disabilities, cognitive impairments, complex medical conditions, sensory processing differences, mobility challenges, and behavioral support needs. Our homes are intentionally structured, medically‑aware, and designed to support individuals who require highly developed surroundings, predictable routines, and whole‑person care.We operate micro‑communities and chosen‑family homes where residents receive daily living assistance, communication support, mobility help, sensory stabilization, behavioral regulation, and medical coordination. Our environments are adapted for individuals who use wheelchairs, require tube feeding, experience seizure disorders, chronic GI conditions, sensory dysregulation, communication barriers, and multi‑system medical needs.Eden’s Rise provides whole‑person support that includes personal care, household management, meal preparation, medication coordination, transportation, community integration, safety monitoring, and crisis‑prevention strategies. We work closely with medical providers, specialists, behavioral teams, and family members to ensure each resident’s needs are understood, respected, and supported.Our model emphasizes stability, belonging, and lifelong continuity. Many of the individuals we serve cannot work due to their disabilities and live on extremely low income. Eden’s Rise provides the safe housing, adaptive environments, and daily support they cannot access anywhere else. We create homes where individuals can remain throughout their lives, even as their needs change, ensuring long‑term safety, dignity, and community.
